To attract more customers or fans we can find more friends. In this way it can attract more people to get know our page.

It’s one of the effective way in market in promoting their product because nowadays people always get the information from facebook and twitter. The companies update the status and post it to their pages so the public can read news from them.

                 Other than using facebook and twitter as a medium for the promotion, they also can advertise their products or services on email. They can send an email to their subscribers via email. The companies also can advertise through the advertising companies such as nuffnang or adverts. This companies allow bloggers to advertise the advertisement on their blog.

From the 10 company that we have been evaluate the company that gain the huge of number of followers are AirAsia that are 315,185 follower. And almost about 1,388,841 person like AirAsia Facebook.

The main reasons for all those companies engaging in Facebook and Twitter are to be close with their customer and also to know the customer buying behavior and what customer want. That’s why in all company things that we found in the company Facebook and Twitter are about the latest event and the Q&A between organization and customer.
